I add broccoli and a little cheese to this… it is one of my favorite soup recipes. YUMMY.

A thousand thank you’s for making this recipe available on-line. I originaly found it somewhere else, lost it & now it & I are found. It is really fast, easy & absolutely delicious. My family couldn’t believe I prepared a soup this good that was so simple & nutricious (especially since it was awaiting them late at night & after a long flight. They did not go to bed hungry!! thank you for your excellent recipe. my girlfriend
assumes that everything i cook must have
taken hours over a hot stove, but this is proof
positive that you can make a great, hearty, and
rich soup with almost no time at all. do you
think i should tell her ???
