Prep/Cooking Time: cooking: 30 mins


1 cup water
3/4 cup uncooked rice
1/4 cup minced onion
1 16 oz can tomatoes
1-1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1-1/2 tsp mustard
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup tomato sauce


Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Cook over a low heat; simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Suggestion: add a can of Rotel to add a little extra heat to this dish!
